We have though been inundated with email enquiries, telephone calls and last minute bookings.  We apologise if we have been unable to answer all.  We have implemented the following (since 4th July) in order to maintain the safety of our guests, ourselves and especially the wider community:

• we manage bookings to a 'headcount'
• we have restricted tents and other units dependant on our facilities to a max of 6 or 7 pitches
• we have stopped 1 night stays until further notice (except Pods)
• we have removed bookings from 3rd party sites such as Pitchup, thus requiring direct contact with us
• we are only allowing pre-booked stays and not accepting guests passing the gate
• we are encouraging guests with their own facilities to use them first (if possible)

We understand that this will have a material impact on us, and disappoint others who wish to stay with us, but we are sticking to these principles in the best interests of everyone.
