We have responded immediately to enquiries made this morning by Devon County Council (Trading Standards) to 'concerns' raised by some members of the public. Regrettebly the Public did not enquire directly with us first, rather they saw fit to 'complain'. Facts should be checked first and this web site checked in terms of our compliant policy which has been implemented with guidance from the BH&HPA and further today VERIFIED by Trading Standards.
