Please find the following which we hope will help to inform guests:


We have started to confirm existing reservations and new bookings.  Please note we have reduced listings via 3rd party portals in order to control reservations.

All reservations are expected to be made directly with us.

We are taking desposits (please note going forward these are non-refundable or transferable!),

We are only collecting the balance upon arrival/BACS due to our concerns over the next few months.  (We hope guests see this as positive and although at our risk, this procedure will reduce any anxiety they may have about recovering payments should there be new travel/lockdown restrictions.

We continue to work on not just protecting our guests, but also ourselves!

We would encourage guests to make use of their own facilities whenever practicable, and have reduced the number of tents allowed to stay to try and manage dependancy on our facilities.

We will undertake enhanced cleaning of any shared facilities.

We will provide alcohol based gels and appropriate waste disposal bins.

We ask any guest/party showing symptoms prior to arrival not to arrive.  Guests able to provide a valid Doctors certificate veryfing they are Covid-19 symptomatic and having paid both deposit and balance prior to arrival, will receive a full refund (minus the deposit).

Guests displaying symtoms whilst on site will be required to follow the Government's guidelines for testing etc, a copy will be available on site.  Please note guests unable to return home and needing to self-isolate will be expected to cover the cost of their extended stay/impact on future guests who have reserved the occupied pitch.

Whilst it may be difficult we would encourage guests to consider what opportunities exist to avail of suitable travel/medical insurances to mitigate risks associated with financial losses

We ask all guests to be vigilent & respectful and to look out for one another when on site and hope you will still have a relaxing & enjoyable stay.  If in any doubt, Sara & Declan are always available and we would encourage immediate communication with us (phone/email/"shout over the fence":-) should you have concerns before, during, or after your stay.


This is far from ideal and we hope all guests will understand.
